Urbana Elementary fourth-grade students had a special opportunity to represent their school at this past Friday’s football game by performing “The Star-Spangled Banner” in American Sign Language (ASL) alongside the Urbana and Graham Marching Bands.

Under the direction of Michele Slone, the students proudly signed the national anthem as the bands performed, creating a meaningful and memorable moment for everyone in attendance.

The fourth graders were proud to showcase their skills and take part in a special moment that brought the Urbana community together.
