Urbana High School students Tyler Foster, Michael Hooten, Lola Rice, Clayton Schafer, Isabelle Shoemaker and Alex Wertz recently updated the benches on school grounds dedicated to the memory of Gabriel “Gabe” Titus.

Gabe was a Urbana High School sophomore who passed away on January 12, 1991, at the age of 15. He was involved in soccer and track and also played Pony League baseball.

Through their work, these students are helping preserve a lasting tribute to Gabe and his connection to Urbana High School. The refreshed benches serve as a reminder of the students and stories that remain an important part of the Hillclimber community.
